Career as a Pilot

To become a pilot, you should have to clear AIR FORCE COMMON ADMISSION TEST (AFCAT) Short Service Commission (SSC) course

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a degree of graduation from any recognized university with an aggregate of 60% marks also studied Physics and Maths in Intermediate.

Applicants having B.E or B.Tech degree with 60% marks can also apply for this post.

Age Limit

Candidate should not less than 19 years of age and not more that 23 years of age.

Selection Procedure

Interested and eligible candidates are selected on the basis of AFCAT entrance test. After that candidates will go through for interview process.

Career as a Commercial Pilot

Commercial pilot is one of the highest package job and glamorous job in India. Career in Aviation attracts youngsters because it provides an opportunity to travel around the globe.

To become as a commercial pilot, candidates have to join Air Flying Academies after completion their intermediate.

Candidate should possess at least 50% marks in 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

Age Limit

Aspirant’s age is in between 18 to 30 years.

All aspirants need to clear the entrance test of flying academies. After that they will go through the fitness test. A fit person only gets a chance to make a career as a pilot.

After completion of training, a license of pilot is given to you. After that training is given to all successful candidates.
